Dr. Jennifer Pompa, DNP, CRNA is a board certified Nurse Anesthetist and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive training in aesthetics with the nation's top aesthetic injectors. Jen has also been recruited to be a trainer for aesthetic and PDO thread companies to train hundreds of other providers on advanced aesthetic techniques. For the past 5 years Jen has, focused on giving her patients natural results while making every procedure as comfortable as possible. As the owner and founder of Glow Bar GNV, Jen is so proud of her ever-growing team. Together, we treat every person who comes into our space like family. We are driven by results from effective treatments, and medical grade products that work. Safety is our number one goal, followed by the happiness of each client that trusts us with their care.

Aesthetic Injector

Jordan Hay, APRN is one of our aesthetic injectors! As a board certified Nurse Practitioner, Jordan has trained with our owner, Jen, extensively in all the treatments she performs. She also injects all of the Glow Bar staff. She is a ZO Skin Health Expert and loves treating skin disorders like hyperpigentation. Jordan offers Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP injections and IV Vitamin therapy. She loves the seeing results from facial balancing. Book a consultation with her to start glowing from within!

Licensed Aesthetician

Gwen is our skin and hair expert! As a board certified cosmetologist and certified ZO Skin Health Expert, Gwen can customize a skincare routine that fits your individual needs. Procedures she loves to perform: dermaplaning, HydraFacials and microneedling with PRP. She is also cross-training to be a medical assistant and will soon be checked off on drawing blood, IV therapy and vitamin shots. Our clients rave about her facial massages!

Licensed Aesthetician

Brittanie an experienced licensed aesthetician who has helped many clients combat a variety of skin concerns. She has extensive training in microneedling with PRP, HydraFacials and is a ZO Skin Health Expert. She can build a skincare regimen for your individual needs and customize a treatment plan just for you. Her clients rave about their results!
